All orders are sent via Fedex, on a 3 working day service - £8.75

Orders are despatched same day Monday to Friday when placed before 15.00

UK DELIVERY

This website is for ordering from the UK only. If you are outside of the UK, then please contact us for details of your nearest stockist. Castrol Classic Oils are available in countries throughout Europe and further afield.

We offer same day despatch from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, subject to receipt of order before 15:00 hrs.

FedEx UK courier deliveries are made between 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday and require a signature on delivery. In the event of a failed delivery attempt a card will be left, so that you can contact FedEx UK to arrange re-delivery, noting that we as the ‘supplier’ cannot be held liable for re-delivery arrangements you have made.

Delivery times are the guideline stated by the courier; the service level is normally good, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery dates once your goods have been despatched. If your goods have not been received within the stated time, please let us know and we will contact the courier.

We are unable to replace damaged goods if they have been signed for “Received in Good Condition”. Damages/Shortages must be notified to us within 24hrs of receipt.

30 DAY MONEY BACK WARRANTY

If you change your mind for any reason, unused items still in their original condition and packaging may be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return. Return cost is paid by the customer, unless return is due to our error. All items are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Products offered for sale are held in stock in our extensive warehousing facility.

Our policy is to process product for dispatch on the same working day as orders are received (subject to time constraints) to ensure customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.
